Notes on Production
Fermentation in French oak barrels at 26℃ for 2 weeks. Ageing in Austrian oak barrels for for 12 months and 12 more months in bottles.
Tasting Notes
A pleasant bouquet full of notes such as black cherry, spices and ginger. Full and rich on the palate . It has a lingering finish with vivid florality and a hint of sweet berry fruits and spices. A wine for long ageing.

Meat based appetizers. Red and white meats.
