Limestone mixed soil. Fermented in stainless steel at 26°C for 12-15 days with frequent pumping. Aged 12 months in Slavonian oak barrels, 6 in bottles.
Tasting Notes
Aged for one year in Slavonian oak (2500-litre casks) barrels. Elegant Nebbiolo with non-complex tannins and good minerality.
