Notes on Production
Fermentation was performed using indigenous yeasts in clay pots with no temperature control and with out additional must. Skin contact inside the amphora was done for two months.
Tasting Notes
A remarkable wine with golden colour with fine acidity, and refreshing and tense taste. On the nose is quite mineral with floral and earthy notes.
