Notes on Production
Hand-selected and destemmed before fermentation in the vat with the skins. Decanted and lees removed. Partial ageing in barrel for 6 months, the rest stainless steel vats. Bottled unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
Aroma of dehydrated fruits, dried oregano and earl grey tea leafs. On the palate is the typical rusticity of the tanins astringency and a softer, involving feeling.
