Schistous and calcareous soil. Some Pinot Noir vines are over 90 years old. Matured over 18 months in large 500 liter barrels.
Tasting Notes
From the oldest vines of the vineyard, 90 years, This wine was aged in 500 liter barrels for 18 months. It has aromas of black fruit, blackberries, blueberries and spices, with a smoky note. Its palate is silky, velvety, with fine, dense and aromatic tannins.
