Tasting Notes
This original cuvée, made up of Humagne Blanche and Petite Arvine, indigenous and emblematic grape varieties of Valais, bears the sign of its limestone lands. On the nose develops chalky, smoky, pineapple and honey notes. Compact, voluminous palate. Improves after a few years in bottles.
