After a long maceration, wine is raised in oak casks for 12 to 16 months.
Tasting Notes
La Colombe Noire develops an intense nose with delicate overtones of rose petals, red and black berries, and some smoky notes. In the mouth, it is very concentrated, with a racy, svelte structure. Decantation is recommended.
