Notes on Production
Stainless steel tanks, wood fermentation vessel with pusher system. Fermentation: Natural yeast. Ageing: The 30-40% in tonneaux, and the rest in big wood barrels. Aged 3 years in total.
Tasting Notes
Dark purple red with garnet red hue. Complex and intensive nose with
scent of ripe red fruit and aromas of underbrush. On the palate full
bodied, acidity, tannin and structure in full harmony. Distinctive elegance, finesse. Convincing length.

Notes
The residents of Montalcino called the wine Bruno (brown), since the wine
had an intense brownish colour. Over centuries Bruno became Brunello.
