Fermentation at low temperatures to express fruit fragrance and freshness. Refinement takes place in medium-sized tanks equipped with micro-oxygenation devices at a controlled temperature.
Tasting Notes
Intense cherry pink in colour. Fine fruity aromas of raspberry and cherry floral like oleander and rose. On the palate, slim, balanced and tasty, with right roundness and acidity.
