The vineyard is located in the valley of the river Lima, about 8 km from the Atlantic Ocean, with granite soil. Natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
It has been made from carefully hand-picked grapes in the organic vineyard. This wine has a crystal pale colour, with some aromas of citrus and apple.
