Notes on Production
Old vine. Blended with thirty varieties of grapes, co-fermented simultaneously. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel vat. Long maceration after the fermentation. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
Ruby color. Intense bouquet of wild flowers and forest, with notes of tangerine, cherry and violet. In the mouth it shows a lively character and a lot of freshness, with very elegant tannins and great aromatic complexity, dried herb notes, plums, ripe cherry. Perfect with wild mushrooms.

Wild mushrooms risotto and game dishes, especially poultry
