Notes on Production
Granite and sandy soil. Pressing for a few hours and then natural fermentation (without the skins) in stainless steel tanks. Without added yeast. Unoaked. Maturation in tank for more than 1 year.
Tasting Notes
On the palate it shows lively character, with ripe and firm tannins and a spicy finish. Pure, authentic, complex and elegant.
