Lagar press, fermentation with skin for a week. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Natural yeast. No added sulfites. Aged for one year on the lees, no filtration.

Notes of dried aromatic herbs, lemon thyme, rosemary, field flowers. Intense, exuberant, full of claw and personality, is a white that does not leave anyone indifferent!
