Notes on Production
Fermented in lagar, treaded on foot with addition of dried chestnut blossom flowers. Natural fermentation for 2 weeks, before aging in stainless tanks. No fining, no filtration.
Tasting Notes
Open colour, light red. In the mouth it shows a lively character and a lot of freshness, typical of its youth, with very elegant tannins and great aromatic complexity. Very unique character resulting from the presence of a large variety of native grapes.

Twenty different varieties, red and white grapes in 50-50 are mixed and treaded together.
