	Notes on Production
	Different vineyard plots with granite soil. Decantation for 24 hours. Fermented naturally at controlled temperature.  Matured on the fine lees in tank for 6 months (with battonage).
 
	Tasting Notes
	This wine is fresh but full-bodied in the mouth. It is a golden colour wine, with some aromas of tropical fruit, orange and mint. Excellent body balanced with firm acidity and great length of flavour.

	Oven backed fish, white meat and some vegetarian dishes
