Notes on Production
Whole bunches ferment during 21 days. Stripped, destemmed and pressed, aging in stainless steel and 54L demijohns.
Tasting Notes
Wine of amber colour due to the slight maceration during fermentation. Very fresh, citrus nose, reminiscent of freshly cut grass and squeezed orange. The palate is long, very vibrant and generous acidity.
