Notes on Production
Soy 'Caliza' or 'limestone' comes from a plot with limestone. After fermentation in small tanks, malolactic fermentation and maturation takes place in oak barrels for 8 months.
Tasting Notes
Bobal characters, with spicy, blackberries, plums and blueberries on the nose. On the palate the limestone character surfaces, with chalky minerality combined with the deep ripe fruit. Wonderfully structured and long lasting on the palate.

From grilled meat and fish, through to vegetable stews.
