A blend of grapes from 3 differents soils: micashistes, gabbros and amphibolithes rocks on Vallet and La Chapelle-Heulin. Fermenting with natural yeasts. Aged on fine lees between 6 to 15 monthes.

Aromas of apples,honey and hazelnuts.
Food Pairing
Perfect as an aperitif. Great match with fish, poultry and cheeses.
Notes
The label is designed after the producer's mother, who once was a hairdresser.
