Mica schists at shallow depths and Amphibolites and Gabbros at depth. The grapes are hand picked. The fermentation maceration is performed with indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting Notes
A characteristic nose of Pinot Noir. On the mouth is between very ripe black cherry and cherry tangy with structure and elegance. A minerality
discreet and elegant.
