Notes on Production
Destemmed and put in a tank to allow fermenting maceration with
natural yeasts. Free run wine and press wine are then blended to elaborate this cuvee.
Tasting Notes
Typical Pinot Noir flavor on the nose. A blend of full ripe black cherries and sour cherries, mineral hints. A Syrah adds delicate fine pepper notes resulting in full bodied and well balanced Pinot noir.
