Notes on Production
The must together with the lightly pressed grapes, is poured into amphorae. After fermentation with regular battonage the grapes lie in the amphorae for about eight months.
Tasting Notes
A deep straw-yellow colour with discreet orange reflections. Pleasant, delicate, complex, and“colourful”fragrance. Dry, authentic, and direct on the mouth.

Excellent with fish dishes, cheese, white meat, vegetables, rice and pasta.
