Notes on Production
Soil is marl, sandy limestone. Harvested at night to avoid oxidation. Each variety is farmented separately in stainless tanks. Further fermented in French oak barrels for 3 months with batonnage.
Tasting Notes
Bright, straw-yellow wine with an excellent combination of citrus aromas, white flowers and subtle oak hints. Broad, enveloping, creamy palate, fresh acidity and interesting evocative persistence.
