Notes on Production
After phases of fermentation, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation in 100% first-use French oak barrels and ages in it up to 18 months, later aged for 10 months in bottles.
Tasting Notes
Cherry red in color with a ruby rim. On the nose is fine aromas, fresh, elegant, with a marked mineral and fine toasted oak. Memories of cocoa and ripe fruit on undergrowth background. Complex and expressive. On the palate it is fatty, round and medium bodied. In retronasal, the fine toasted notes reappear on the red fruit Silky tannins within a light structure but with great persistence and elegance.
