Notes on Production
Traditional white vinification but without addition of sulfite. Selected yeast is used for fermentation. The whole process takes place in steel tanks for two months. Charmat method.
Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with greenish and brilliant hues. Harmonious, reminiscence of the apple, the peach and acacia flowers. Fresh, well-balanced taste, with flavours of golden apple and tropical fruits.
Food Pairing
Whole meal. Ideal as an aperitif, with fresh seasonal vegetables combined with a soy mayonnaise
