Notes on Production
Fermentation with selected low sulfur dioxide-producing yeasts with the skins at 25 °C for a week. No added sulphites. Later filtered in a sterile way and stored in tanks to avoid possible oxidation.
Tasting Notes
Intense dark red color. Fruity aroma with hints of red berry fruit, herbaceous, full aroma wine. Velvety, soft and harmonious wine.
Serving Temperature
16-18℃
Food Pairing
Paired with aged cheeses, truffle-based dishes. Excellent with greasy and flavor dishes.
Notes
No added sulphites wine. Dressed in a recycled paper label made with 15% winery's grapes pomace, 40% post-consumer recycled fiber, and 45% of virgin cellulose. The dragonfly is the testimonial of this wine.
