Notes on Production
After the maceration period, a soft pressing is carried out. The wine is aged in steel tanks before filtering.
Tasting Notes
Light ruby red colour with a slight garnet hue. Scent reminiscent of berries, plum jam with hints of licorice. In the mouth the light tannin gives a full flavour.

ca. 15℃
Food Pairing
Excellent with risottos or with red or white meat. Ideal for aperitifs.
