Notes on Production
Selected yeasts are added for the fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 14° C. Second fermentation in an autoclave to obtain an internal pressure greater than 4,5 atm.
Tasting Notes
Soft pink color with bright reflections. Harmonious, fruity bouquet with delicate hints of morello cherry and floral notes. Harmonious wine, with sweet notes balanced with the right acidity, slightly savory.
