Incomplete pressing / Decantation in inox vats / Fermentation between 12 and 14º C / aging "sur lies" for 2 months / Filtration/ 2nd Fermentation in bottle - Dégórgement for 6 months.
Tasting Notes
Bright ruby colour. On the nose it is fruity with aromas of pomegranate, cherries and blackberries, citrus notes and a floral touch. On the palate it is fresh with a very lively acidity and a vigorous profile.
