Then, the wine aged "sur lies" for 2 months, is filtered and bottled. Aphros Loureiro is a clean wine with a lemony nose and a touch of petals. A fresh wash of lime, grapefruit and perfumed melon invades the mouth, guided by the acidic, mineral edge which is the axis of the wine. Waxy texture and persistent uplifting finish.
