Notes on Production
Maceration with skins, pressing, fermentation is done between 14 to 16º C in inox vats and finished in bottle. Dégorgement performed after 5 months. Made in ancient method for sparkling wine.
Tasting Notes
Floral aroma of Loureiro and delicate citrus. Fine bubble, medium mousse and adequate pressure. Citrus in taste and faint sweetness.
