Notes on Production
75% destemmed 25% whole bunch. Fermentation in stainless tanks for 1 month with skin contact. Aged for 6 months in Chestnut barrels. Unfiltered.
Tasting Notes
A bit of a orange wine nose on opening, this dissipated once in the glass for ten minutes . Palate was smooth with intense red fruit, some impressions of sweetness on the medium finish.

Ideal with red meat and strong cheeses.
Notes
The wine is named after Ouranos, the God of the Skies in ancient Greek mythology,implying the lightness of the wine that makes you feel as if you were floating in the sky.
