Notes on Production
Soil is Clayey-chalky. Fermentation in French and American 225L oak barrels. Maturation "sur lie" for 9 months in French and American 225L barrels.
Tasting Notes
This white wine has a golden colour with honey and very ripe fruit aromas. Its palate is extremely sweet with lots of ripe fruit and it has a medium aftertaste.

Foie gras, blue cheese, icecream with nuts
