Produced in clay amphoras covered with natural resin, the way Romans used to do. On the lees, no filtred neither stabilised.
Tasting Notes
Silky tannins. Smooth, soft and rich, with flavours of ripe and blackcurrant and blackberry, herbal hints of pine and eucalyptus and a chocolatey richness to the palate.
