Clay and chalky soil. Half fermented in stainless steel tanks, the other half fermented in oak barrels.
Tasting Notes
A raw, scented sparkling dominated by apple notes. Very dry, fresh, and a little "green" but with the apple present, is a right sparkling. A pleasant aperitif.
