Notes on Production
Soil is the mixture of tufo and clay. Following fermentation in stainless tanks, half of wine is matured in French oak barrels for 6 months. The combined wine is aged in bottles for six months.
Tasting Notes
Notes of chocolate covered cherries and plums followed by a hint of toast and spice. The wine has a silky and pleasant texture while packing a lengthy and powerful punch!
