Hand harvested, Fermentation and ageing in stainless steel tanks with 3 months on the fine lees. The wine is then blended, fined and filtered. Estate produced and Bottled by Di Giovanna.

Straw colour wine with delicate green apple, almond and pear aroma. A pleasant acidity of citrus is also felt at the end.
